We add value for our clients by providing personal service and the experience of our Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist and Pilates staff are invaluable.

We are also the only physiotherapy practice in Geelong registered for the National Disability Insurance Scheme for adults and are soon to make available for paediatric patients too. We work with the gymnasts at the YMCA improving core strength and providing injury prevention. Physiotherapy treats Acute Pain, Arthritis, Back Pain, Injuries, Muscular Pains, Neck Pain, Posture, Sports Injuries, Sprains, Strains and Stress.

Reformer (machine based) & floor work classes available

Our friendly instructors are committed to providing safe exercise programming and quality instruction to all clients. It is well known that pain in the body can inhibit the function of the surrounding muscles. Once pain has gone the muscle function does not automatically return to normal, it is necessary to strengthen the muscles to reduce the likelihood of the pain returning again. Because pilates is supervised by physiotherapists you can be confident that the exercise you are doing is safe for your spine, muscles and joints, and specific to your needs.

Stress, overuse, illness, injury or structural problems can cause dysfunction and imbalance in muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia. These problems can result in localised pain, stiffness, muscular weakness and wasting.

Myotherapy and Remedial Massage are effective soft tissue treatments for reducing pain, improving posture and muscle function and promoting healing. Treatment may include Remedial soft tissue massage, Deep fascial manipulation and Trigger point therapies.
